Working Principle

  • Dual Air Filtration: Process and reactivation air pass through separate G4 filters before treatment.
  • Process Air Drying: The process fan drives humid air through the desiccant wheel, where moisture is adsorbed.
  • Dry Air Delivery: Treated air is supplied through the process air outlet.
  • Reactivation Heating: Filtered reactivation air is heated before entering the regeneration section.
  • Moisture Discharge: The reactivation fan removes moisture from the wheel and exhausts it outside.
  • Continuous Cycle: The rotating wheel maintains simultaneous adsorption and regeneration for continuous dehumidification.
