Working Principle

Filtered Process Air
Humid process air first passes through the G4 filter to remove dust and particles before entering the drying section.
Desiccant Moisture Removal
The process air fan drives air through the rotating desiccant wheel, where moisture is adsorbed and dry air is produced.
Heated Regeneration Air
A separate airflow is filtered and heated, then directed through the regeneration zone to release moisture stored in the wheel.
Moisture Exhaust
The regeneration fan removes the warm, moisture-laden air from the unit while the rotor continues rotating.
Continuous Drying
Adsorption and regeneration occur simultaneously, allowing the dehumidifier to maintain stable and continuous moisture removal.
