Working Principle

  • Process Air Intake: Humid air passes through the G4 filter and process air fan.
  • Moisture Adsorption: The desiccant wheel continuously removes moisture from the process air.
  • Dry Air Outlet: Dehumidified air is discharged through the process air outlet.
  • Reactivation Air Intake: Reactivation air passes through a separate G4 filter.
  • Wheel Regeneration: The heater warms the reactivation air to release moisture from the wheel.
  • Moisture Exhaust: The reactivation fan discharges moisture-laden air through the outlet.
  • Continuous Operation: The rotating wheel enables simultaneous dehumidification and regeneration.
