Desiccant Dehumidifier Manufacturer
Our rotor desiccant dehumidifiers deliver stable 5–95% RH control, efficient moisture removal, and reliable low-dew-point performance for industrial and commercial environments.
With multiple dehumidification capacity ratings, our systems meet your process requirements, installation, and long-term customized humidity-control needs.
How Do Desiccant Dehumidifiers Work?
Desiccant dehumidifiers use a rotating desiccant wheel to capture moisture from humid air. As the rotor turns, one side absorbs water vapor, while the other side is regenerated by heated air for continuous moisture removal.
Humid Air Intake: Moist process air is drawn into the unit through the process air inlet.
Desiccant Rotor Drying: Process air passes through the desiccant rotor, where moisture is absorbed to reduce humidity.
Dry Air Supply: The dried air exits the rotor and is supplied to the room, ductwork, or production area.
Reactivation Heating: Heated reactivation air flows through another rotor section to remove the absorbed moisture.
Moisture Exhaust: The moisture-laden air is discharged from the unit, allowing the rotor to continuously repeat the drying cycle.

Featured Products
Applications
Desiccant dehumidifiers are used in low-temperature, low-humidity, and moisture-sensitive environments to protect materials, reduce condensation, and support stable operation.
Protects cartons, labels, pallets, raw materials, and finished goods, while ducted dry-air and zoned control maintain uniform RH without occupying floor space.
Prevents micro-condensation on PCBs, sensors, optics, while low-dew-point air supports drying, curing, assembly, and sensitive components.
Lithium Battery Dry Rooms
Provides ultra-dry air for electrode production, coating, cell assembly, and storage, helping maintain low-dew-point conditions for sensitive battery processes.
Maintains controlled humidity in clean rooms, production areas, storage rooms, and packaging lines, protecting powders, tablets, capsules, and batch quality.
Food Processing & Packaging
Reduces caking, sticking, clumping, mold growth, label lift, seal defects, and packaging moisture, supporting reliable flow and shelf-life protection.
Suppresses frost, ice buildup, and condensation near doors, evaporators, cold docks, and freezer rooms, reducing defrost cycles and improving uptime.
Museums & Archives
Stabilizes RH for museums, archives, libraries, galleries, cultural collections, and biological sample banks, reducing mold, deformation, and long-term moisture damage.
