Working Principle
- Process Air Intake: Humid air passes through the G4 filter and enters the desiccant wheel.
- Moisture Adsorption: The rotating wheel adsorbs moisture from the process air.
- Dry Air Supply: The process air fan delivers treated dry air through the outlet.
- Reactivation Air Intake: Separate reactivation air passes through a G4 filter and reactivation fan.
- Wheel Regeneration: The heater heats the reactivation air to release moisture from the wheel.
- Moisture Exhaust: Moisture-laden air is discharged through the reactivation air outlet.

Manufacturing Quality Standards
- ER70S-6 Welding Wire: Ensures stable welding and reliable strength.
- Weld Quality: Uniform welds without pores, slag, or cracks.
- Flatness Control: Post-weld flatness maintained within ≤ 1.0 mm.
- Surface Finish: Weld areas polished to Ra ≤ 3.2 μm.
- Dimensional Control: Unspecified tolerances follow GB/T 1804-m, with weld length tolerance within ±1 mm.
- Strength Inspection: Finished structures are checked for drawing compliance and strength of ≥ 350 MPa.
- Assembly Accuracy: Component gap ≤ 0.5 mm, overall flatness ≤ 1.5 mm.
