Working Principle

1. Air Preparation
Process air and reactivation air are filtered separately through G4 filters before entering the system.
2. Moisture Adsorption
The process air fan drives humid air through the desiccant wheel, where moisture is captured by the desiccant material.
3. Rotor Reactivation
A separate heated air stream flows through the wheel’s regeneration section, removing the absorbed moisture.
4. Continuous Drying
Dry process air is supplied to the target space, while moisture-laden regeneration air is exhausted continuously.
