Working Principle
- Air Intake & Filtration: Process and reactivation air pass through separate G4 filters for cleaner airflow.
- Moisture Adsorption: The process fan forces humid air through the desiccant wheel, where moisture is adsorbed.
- Dry Air Supply: Dehumidified air leaves the wheel through the process air outlet.
- Wheel Regeneration: Heated reactivation air removes accumulated moisture from the desiccant wheel.
- Moisture Exhaust: The reactivation fan discharges moisture-laden air outside.
- Continuous Drying: Continuous wheel rotation enables simultaneous adsorption and regeneration.

Manufacturing & Quality Control
- Base Material: SPCC cold-rolled steel sheet with clean, rust- and oil-free surfaces.
- Welding Material: ER70S-6 welding wire for stable joint quality.
- Weld Quality: Uniform welds, free from pores, slag inclusions, and cracks.
- Flatness Control: Post-weld flatness maintained within ≤ 1 mm.
- Surface Finish: Weld areas polished to Ra ≤ 3.2 μm.
- Tolerance Control: GB/T 1804-m; post-weld length tolerance ±1 mm.
- Protective Coating: 20–30 μm epoxy primer applied after welding.
- Structural Strength: Strength test ≥ 350 MPa.
- Assembly Accuracy: Component gap ≤ 0.5 mm; overall flatness ≤ 1.5 mm.
