Working Principle
The system operates with two independent airflow paths working continuously around the rotating desiccant wheel:
- Process Side: G4 Filter → Process Air Fan → Desiccant Wheel → Dry Process Air
- Regeneration Side: G4 Filter → Regeneration Heater → Desiccant Wheel → Regeneration Air Fan → Moist Air Exhaust
As the wheel rotates, one section adsorbs moisture from process air while another section is regenerated by heated air, enabling continuous dehumidification.

Integrated Airflow & Control Design
- Dual Airflow Design: Ø400 mm process air connections handle high-volume dry air, while Ø250 mm regeneration connections provide an independent regeneration circuit.
- Intelligent Control: Humidity sensor, digital display, RS-485 communication, and mode switch support convenient monitoring and system integration.
- Status Monitoring: Run, standby, and fault indicators allow quick identification of operating conditions.
